A HUGE thank you to all the fine folks from 4 Midwestern States who made it out for last weeks training.

We had some amazing speakers, some great ‘candidates,’ and thankfully that Republican Brakhahn didn’t win reelection…

If you missed out, don’t worry, YDU ‘08 will be even bigger, even better, and even (if you can believe it) more filled to the brim with great prizes!

YDU class of ‘07 have turned their tastles and are ready to hit the campaign trail, proud to have participated in the only Official Campaign Training of the YDA Midwest Region.

YDU ‘06 brought in participants from across Nebraska. YDU ‘07 took it to the next level… regional. YDU ‘08? We’re going national baby!

Remember: YDU 2007 will be tomorrow, Saturday March 31st, with registration starting at 9:30am, and “Classes” starting at 10.
As of this second, there are still some spots available for Yellow Dog University.

If you plan to attend, just show up tomorrow at 9:30 and we’ll get you registered. The on-site registration cost is $25.

On March 31, 2007, we’re hosting a comprehensive one-day campaign training workshop featuring our region’s most highly experienced and talented political consultants. It has been recognized as the premier campaign training in the region, and is the official campaign training for the Midwest Region for the Young Democrats of America.

Not only will this be a great place to learn about working in campaigns, it’s a great opportunity to meet other like-minded students, network with political professionals and have an amazing time. We have developed a proven formula for success and have combined it with a hands-on atmosphere that allows you to put your skills to use immediately as you run a simulated campaign against your peers.
